Huawei has launched the Mate 70 Air smartphone, which is intended to rival the iPhone Air from Apple. It has a sleek and modern design; it is relatively lightweight and features a dual battery design while maintaining a thin profile. Its thickness is just 6.6 millimeters.
The starting price is CNY 4,199 (around Rs52,200), with this baseline model having 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. As expected, the price rises to CNY 5,199 (around Rs64,700) for the highest storage configuration. In addition, there are some choices for attractive colors: Feathered White and Obsidian Black. Presently, it is open for preorder in China.
It has a large 7-inch AMOLED display, with a Full HD+ display resolution. The display also features a 300Hz touch sampling rate to make touch controls very responsive. It runs its HarmonyOS 5.1.
There are different models that use different chipset variants. In the case of the 16GB RAM model, it uses the Kirin 9020A chipset; other model variants use the Kirin 9020B chipset. They both have good performance for everyday tasks and multitasking and run applications smoothly.
The phone features a versatile quad-camera system.
