Oppo K13 Turbo Series Launched With 7,000mAh Battery, Snapdragon Power And More

Oppo, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has announced the launch of K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro phones in China. This is Oppo’s latest entry into the upper-midrange market segment focused on providing upper-midrange specifications and refreshed camera performance for demanding smartphone user experience, delivering hardware and features tuned for heavy smartphone users.

Pre-orders are open on Oppo’s China website with the phones going on sale July 25.

Specifications and Features

 

Display
Both devices have a 6.80-inch 1.5K AMOLED flexible display.The displays provide crisp visuals with a resolution of 1,280 x 2,800 pixels. They offer a 120 Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling and peak brightness of 1,600 nits for fluid scrolling and outdoor visibility.

 

Performance
The K13 Turbo uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 8450, which is a mid-range, high-performing chipset.
The K13 Turbo Pro uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 which is a flagship chipset (powerful and efficient).
Both phones run on ColorOS 15.0, based on Android 15 offering a feature-rich, easy-to-use interface.

 

Camera System
The back of both phones has a 50 MP main sensor with a 2 MP sensor beside it, and a higher-quality 16 MP front camera for selfies and quick video chats. It’s a nice upgrade from the last generation dual-rear.

 

Cooling System
Both models have extensive cooling features to help manage heat from heavy usage, with an internal fan, air ducts and with a giant 7,000 mm² vapor chamber, which the company claims can cool the device by up to 20% versus competitors.

 

Battery & Charging
With a huge 7,000 mAh battery, K13 Turbo series China holds a long battery life compared to other brands. Both phones can fast charge on wired at 80 W to recharge the large batteries fast and convenient.

 

Biometric Security
They can both be unlocked using the in-display fingerprint sensor, for secure and convenient access.
