Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite in India, positioning it as a budget-friendly option in the crowded tablet market. The device will be available for purchase in India starting September 5.
The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite sports a sleek design measuring just 6.6mm in thickness and weighing 524 grams. It features a 10.9-inch WUXGA+ display with a resolution of 2112 x 1320 pixels, delivering sharp visuals. The tablet comes in three colors : Gray, Silver, and Coral Red offering users stylish choices. The front camera is housed within the bezels for an immersive full-view experience, while the rear sports an 8MP sensor. However, it lacks an LED flash.
Under the hood, Samsung equips the tablet with the Exynos 1380 chipset built on a 5nm process. This octa-core processor includes an integrated 5G modem and Mali-G68 MP5 GPU, delivering smooth performance for everyday tasks and moderate gaming. Benchmark scores suggest strong CPU performance, with expected single-core and multi-core scores around 1,000 and 2,800 respectively. An 8,000mAh battery promises all-day usage on typical workloads.
The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite includes the S Pen stylus in the box, enhancing productivity and creativity. Users can easily jot notes, sketch ideas, or navigate the interface with precision. The tablet runs Android 15-based One UI 7, which offers improved multitasking features like Split View and AI-powered tools in Samsung Notes, including Handwriting Assist and Math Solver. Notably, Samsung promises up to seven years of major software and security updates, ensuring long-term support through 2032.
