Rajendra Prasad Reacts to Controversy: Veteran Telugu actor Rajendra Prasad, known for his comic timing and powerful acting, is now in the spotlight for a different reason. His recent comments during public events and film functions have created controversy in the Telugu film industry. Many people feel he has been making inappropriate statements, but Rajendra Prasad says it’s all being misunderstood.
At SV Krishna Reddy’s birthday event, Rajendra Prasad made remarks about actor Ali and politician Roja, which didn’t sit well with many fans. In front of everyone, he said, “Didn’t I make you a heroine too?” referring to Roja. On the same stage, he used strong words while talking about Ali. These comments quickly went viral and created a storm on social media. Many netizens questioned his attitude and words.
In response, Ali came forward and said Rajendra Prasad didn’t mean to hurt anyone and was only joking. He requested everyone not to take the matter seriously.
Now, Rajendra Prasad has spoken clearly on this issue during a promotion event for his upcoming movie. He said, “I always speak in a fun and light-hearted way. But recently, some words I said out of excitement have been misunderstood. I am like this by nature, and people know how I speak. If you see it wrongly, it’s your thinking, not mine. I cannot change who I am.”
He further added that even when he talks about actors or heroines he introduced, some people take it negatively. “That’s your culture, your karma,” he said strongly.
Though Rajendra Prasad tried to clarify, many still believe he should speak more carefully, especially at his age and status.
