Icon star Allu Arjun is currently basking pan India blockbuster success of recent action sequel Pushpa 2: The Rule, which is breaking the industry records. It is unknown what the actor’s next projects will be, given the popularity of Pushpa 2 in theaters.

According to recent report, Allu Arjun is now expected to work with Malayalam filmmaker Vipin Das. The article claims that the upcoming project is probably going to be a Telugu or Malayalam movie, however the news is yet to be confirmed by the actor and the director.

It has been reported that Allu Arjun is being approached by the producers of the upcoming project to play the protagonist. Additionally, these producers are funding, Vipin Das’s upcoming film Vysanasametham Bandhumithradhikal. However, makers yet to make an official confirmation about the Allu Arjun’s casting.

In 2022, director Vipin Das made a major breakthrough with his comedy drama film Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey. It is a satire on gender stereotypes in the country, the film received highly positive reviews from both critics and audiences and was a blockbuster at box office. The film was made on a budget of Rs 5 crores and grossed over Rs 45 crores in 25 days from box office. Additionally, the film is expected to be remade in Hindi and Telugu.

Additionally, the director had earlier directed the highly successful film Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil, which starred Basil Joseph and Prithviraj Sukumaran. Even though Allu Arjun and the director are reportedly working together, it would be intriguing to watch what the actor-director combination could produce if it materializes.
