Allu Arjun Fitness Secret: The World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES 2025) started grandly on May 1 in Mumbai. The Jio World Convention Centre is hosting the event. Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially opened it. The Central Government organized this four-day summit, which ranks among the most prestigious events in the entertainment industry.
More than 10,000 delegates from over 90 countries, 300+ companies, and 350+ startups are participating in this event. Celebrities and business leaders from Bollywood, Tollywood, Kollywood and Mollywood are taking part along with central ministers and industry experts.
As part of the summit, media channel MD and CEO Barun Das conducted a special interview with Tollywood’s icon star Allu Arjun. During the interview, Allu Arjun thanked the government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for organizing such a grand event. He shared many interesting things about his personal and professional life.
Allu Arjun said his fitness secret is mental peace. He also shared that even when there is no shooting, he gives importance to his health. “My grandfather Allu Ramalingaiah acted in over 1,000 movies. Also my father Allu Aravind produced 70 films. Uncle Chiranjeevi is a superstar in South India. I reached this level because of family and fan support,” he said.
He added, “Pushpa gave me national-level recognition. Fitness is very important for every actor. I never stop focusing on it. Even when I’m not working, I rest at home but continue fitness routines. I worked very hard to build a six-pack for films.”
Allu Arjun was last seen in Pushpa 2: The Rule. The film is written and directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings. A sequel to Pushpa: The Rise (2021), it is the second installment in the Pushpa film series. The film stars Allu Arjun in the lead role alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Sunil and Rao Ramesh.
