Allu Arjun urges all to say no to drugs, impactful initiative by the Government of Telangana

Allu Arjun is quite busy in promoting his much awaited action sequel Pushpa 2 : The Rule. As the film is is gearing up for it’s grand debut he joined a impactful say no to drugs initiative by the Government of Telangana.


The  Pushpa 2 actor has a special message to an anti-drug campaign launched by Telangana Government Anti-Narcotics Bureau and he took to his official Twitter account and shared a video. In the video he urges all to say no to drugs.

National award winning actor has been associated with various noble initiatives and social avarness projects over the years and the latest one is an anti-drug campaign launched by Telangana Government Anti-Narcotics Bureau. He wrote,” Let’s unite to support the victims and work towards building a safer, healthier society. Humbled to join this impactful initiative by the Government of Telangana.@revanth_anumula, @TelanganaCMO, @TG_ANB, @TelanganaCOPs.

The TGANB- Telangana Anti-Narcotics Bureau in order to create awareness about consequences of drug abuse, formed Prahari Clubs in all High Schools and in Anti-Drug Committees (ADCs) in all educational institutions to wean away children from drug.

As part its efforts to spread awareness among different stake holders, the TGANB is conducting a mega awareness program at Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource & Development Institute (Dr. MCRHRDI) between November 26 and November 29 and Allu Arjun.

According to reports, the Telangana government made it mandatory for every actor to record an anti-drug video before the film’s release. The practice became mandatory; previously, NTR had to shoot an anti-drug video prior to Devara’s release.

The Sukumar directorial action drama film stars Allu Arjun in the titular role, alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Dhananjaya, Rao Ramesh, Sunil and Anasuya Bharadwaj. It is set to entertain the action worldwide cinelovers on the 5th December.
