Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently shared an inspirational poem by Rudyard Kipling on her official Instagram account. Samantha dropped a picture of the poem on the internet, Arjun Kapoor quickly respond to the inspirational poem and wrote, It really helped me when I needed inspiration.”
Samantha shared the poem as a post and captioned it, “This poem has always been a guiding light for me, and I wanted to share it with you today.” In response, Arjun Kapoor commented, “I have a print of this on my wall… It really helped me when I needed inspiration.”
Earlier Arjun Kapoor praised the trailer for the web series Citadel: Honey Bunny, which stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan. He shared the trailer on his Instagram stories and wrote, “Buckle up, because this one is going to be an epic ride!”

Arjun Kapoor also strongly condemmed derogatory comments made by Telugu minister on Samantha. He said, “I strongly condemn the baseless derogatory comments made about film personalities and film families. This behavior is deeply disrespectful and goes against the values of Telugu culture.”
On work front actress appeared in mythological film Shaakuntalam in 2023, directed by Gunasekhar. The film was critical and commercial failure.She then appeared in Kushi opposite Vijay Deverakonda, which received mixed reviews from critics. The film also was a box office bomb.
In her first release of 2024, Samantha played a struggling actress, Honey (mother to Priyanka Chopra’s character Nadia Sinh’s from Citadel), in Raj & DK’s series Citadel: Honey Bunny, opposite Varun Dhawan. Shubhra Gupta called her the “best part” of the series and was appreciative of her action sequences. Samantha will next appear in the series Rakt Brahmand, opposite Aditya Roy Kapur.
While Arjun Kapoor was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s much anticipated sequel Singham Again. Audience found him to be a solid fit as the villain in this heavy-duty cast.
