On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a special interview was conducted with the Mega Family titled ‘Mega Women’. In this, Megastar Chiranjeevi participated along with his mother Anjana Devi, younger brother Nagababu, and two younger sisters Vijaya Durga and Madhavi. On this occasion, he shared many special features related to the Mega family. He revealed many interesting things that no one knew till now. He said that he lost three siblings when he was young.

‘Was it all joy when he was young or were there any unforgettable sorrows?’ When asked, Chiranjeevi said that he still feels very sad and tears come to his eyes when he thinks of an incident that happened when he was young. ”My mother was a housewife and she took care of all the responsibilities alone. My mother had five children. However, three other children died at a young age. When I was studying in 6th standard in Ponnur, I had a sister named Rama. At that time, my father used to go to camps for work. He used to work hard. “But Amma used to do most of the housework. I used to help her with the chores. I’m not used to going out with friends, playing, or hanging out.”

“Once Rama had brain fever. We admitted her to a government hospital. After three or four days, we had to hear some bad news. Tellari’s baby lost consciousness. I didn’t know what to do. The mother was also young. Then I carried the baby’s body in my arms and took her home in a rickshaw. I still remember those visuals. When I brought her home and made her sleep, the Muslim brothers living nearby came to help. They did the necessary activities. But my father didn’t know about this. I didn’t know when he would come or how to inform him. We somehow informed my father through the department. When my father came, everything was over. I still remember those moments. It’s sad to think about it,” Chiranjeevi said.

“From then on, no matter what decision I made, my mother would not say anything else. She has a big phobia of hospitals. She says that I can go anywhere, but I will not come to the hospital even if I die. When I was suffering from knee pain, everyone at home was afraid to tell her to go to the hospital. She told me that she would listen to me. She immediately said, ‘Okay, if you like.’ Recently, my mother had a knee operation,” Chiru said. Anjanamma said that Chiranjeevi was very attentive to her and that he only came to his senses after getting all the tests done and found that there was nothing wrong.
