Chiyaan Vikram Walks out: South Indian sensation Chiyaan Vikram has walked out of the highly awaited movie SSMB29. Featuring Mahesh Babu in the lead and directed by renowned filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli. Although Vikram was initially approached for an important role, believed to be that of an antagonist, he has apparently turned down the offer with a decision to avoid bad guys at this point in his career.
Known for ability and impactful performances in films like Anniyan, I, and Ponniyin Selvan, Vikram has taken a decisive decision to take filmography and roles that are heroic or more positive in the mind of the spectator.It is indicated by industry sources that the actor is presently preoccupied with characters depicting strength, depth, and integrity, which prompted him to give up the chance of essaying a villain role in SSMB29.
After Vikram’s choice, there have been reports that the producers went to R. Madhavan to play the same character. Madhavan, too, is a veteran actor with a huge following, having played both negative and positive characters earlier. Nevertheless, at the moment, his role has not been confirmed, and there has been no official word from the actor or the producers.
SSMB29 is one of India’s most eagerly anticipated movies, the first meeting between superstar Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli. Set to be a world-trotting action adventure, the film is already generating huge buzz because of its scale, global locations for shooting, and director’s pedigree.
