On December 5, amidst a fan frenzy, Allu Arjun’s most celebrated action sequel, Pushpa 2: The Rule, debuted on large screens. A troubling occurrence surfaced as the nation celebrated the premiere of the movie.


Telangana Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy declared that all benefit shows would no longer be permitted after a crowd gathered outside the Sandhya 70mm theater in Hyderabad.

According to his statement, “No more permission for benefit shows.” The rush at the Sandhya Theater at the Pushpa 2 premiere was reported to the government. Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy declared that benefit shows would no longer be permitted.

Cinematography Minister Komatireddy took to his Twitter account and made an announcement. He wrote, “It would be wrong to allow such shows to continue. He demanded that all Telangana movie releases stop. The Ram Charan film Game Changer may not have any benefit shows in January as a result of this decision.

A Bollywood Hungama article claims that after the prints are completed, the 3D version will now be released on December 13in all the theaters.

The film was made with an estimated budget of Rs 400–500 crore, it is one of the most expensive Indian films. With a runtime of 200 minutes, it is one of the longest Indian films ever made. The film is doing  exceptionally well in theaters. The performance of Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, and Allu Arjun in the Sukumar-directed film is receiving praise from fans.
