Daku Maharaj and Sankranthiki Vastunnam to release without any ticket hikes, producer Vamshi confirms

Nandamuri Balakrishna and Venkatesh Daggubati all set to rock the upcoming 2025 Sankranthi box office with action thriller Daku Maharaj and wholesome family entertainer Sankranthiki Vastunnam. Ahead of the releases , producer Naga Vamsi has made a huge announcement regarding the ticket prices proposal for the upcoming Sankrathi film releases.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming action thriller gets an exciting title

In a recent conversation with media producer Naga Vamsi officially confirmed that there will be no ticket price hike for Balakrishna film in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He said they are convinced and happy with the existing ticket prices and do not wish to hike it further high up. According to recent reports that Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi’s Sankranthiki Vastunnam could also be releasing without any hikes. as it appears 2 out of the three Sankranthi films are releasing without any additional ticket prices while the conventional big hero film Game Changer is coming with adequate hikes.

However Andhra Pradesh government approved increased ticket prices and additional screenings for the highly anticipated movie Game Changer, starring Ram Charan and Kaira Advani. The political action thriller is set for a global release on Friday, January 10, 2025, will also feature special preview shows at 1:00 a.m. on the same day. Tickets for the midnight preview are priced at Rs 600, inclusive of GST, across theatres in the multiple languages worldwide.

Daku Maharaj directed by Bobby starring Dulquer Salmaan, Bobby Deol, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Urvashi Rautela , Shraddha Srinath, Sriram Reddy Polasane, Prakash Raj, Ronit Roy, Chandini Chowdary, Payal Rajput and Pragya Jaiswal is set to release on January 12 as a Sankranti special . While Sankranthiki Vastunnam directed by Anil Ravipudi starring Daggubati Venkatesh, Aishwarya Rajesh, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Upendra Limaye, Naresh Vijay Krishna, VTV Ganesh and Saikumar Pudipeddi is schedule to hit silver screens on January 14 , 2025.
