Jr NTR’s wife: Nandamuri and Akkineni families have always shared a strong bond in the Telugu film industry. Recently, Jr NTR made an interesting comment about legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR) that is now going viral.
Jr NTR appeared at a Mad Square public event recently and impressed fans with his new look. He has transformed himself for an upcoming movie directed by Prashanth Neel. While fans were amazed by his makeover, it was his romantic comment that is going viral now in social media.
In a recent interview, Jr NTR shared his admiration for ANR’s romantic roles. He said, “I have always been fascinated by the romantic charm that ANR garu brought to his characters. His roles in films like Devadasu were magical.” He even said that ANR being called “King of Romance” is well deserved.
Tarak added, “I wish I had that kind of romantic nature in me. I feel I’m weak in that area.” He also revealed that his wife often makes fun of him for not being romantic enough. “My wife keeps teasing me that I lack that romantic vibe,” said Jr NTR during a fun chat with actress Ramya Krishna.
Jr NTR is currently working on a big project titled Dragon with director Prashanth Neel. He is also acting in War 2 with Hrithik Roshan which is set to release on August 14, 2025. This Ayan Mukerji directorial fiom starring Hrithik Roshan in the lead will serve as the sequel to the 2019 film War and the next addition to the YRF Spy Universe. Another film, Devara 2 will be directed by Koratala Siva and soon, a new project with Nelson Dilipkumar will be announced.
Devara Part 1 was directed by Koratala Siva and was released in 2024. It is the first installment in a duology. It follows the story of Devara, the chieftain of a coastal village who has a fierce feud with his counterpart Bhaira over arms smuggling through the Red Sea.
