350 artists from Guntur and Vijayawada were promised an amount of Rs 1200 per artist by director Shankar’s assistant Swargam Shiva during the shooting of the film in Hyderabad. But till now that money has not been paid. The artists have filed a fraud case against Shankar and Dil Raju at the Guntur police station. And demanded that they be given their dues as soon as possible.
An artist, on the condition of anonymity, also alleged that Swargam Shiva gave him repeated assurances. But no payment has been made so far. After the complaint to the police, the artists have expressed hope that Shankar and Dil Raju will take quick action on the matter.

The film revolves around an IAS officer Ram Nandan who fights against corruption and tries to reform electoral politics. Game Changer had a budget of over 400 crores and grossed 131.17 crores net in India and 186.25 crores worldwide. The film also stars big stars like SJ Suryah, Anjali, Srikanth, Sunil, Jayaram and Samuthirakani in lead roles.
