HIT 3: Nani Reacts to Comparisons: The much-anticipated trailer for HIT: The Third Case (HIT 3) was unveiled on April 14, coinciding with Vishu celebrations. Fans were thrilled by Nani’s intense transformation as Arjun Sarkaar, a no-nonsense cop hunting down criminals. However, many viewers immediately drew comparisons between HIT 3 and Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s hyper-violent action film. Additionally, parallels were noted with Unni Mukundan’s Marco and the Hindi action thriller Kill.

Nani Bats Back the Comparisons

At the trailer launch event in Hyderabad, Nani reacted to the queries of the fans regarding how HIT 3 resembled other new high-octane action movies. The actor explained that HIT 3 is inherently distinct in narration and presentation.

“I don’t think HIT 3 should be labeled in the same bracket as Animal, Kill, or Marco. HIT 3 has a different grammar. When you see the whole movie, all the things fall so naturally that the violence won’t be a problem,” Nani said.

He also reiterated that after audiences enter the world of HIT 3, the intensity will not feel over-the-top but rather warranted. “You won’t feel the intense bits are misplaced. Once the lights are out, people will be totally immersed within the world of HIT 3,” he continued.

What HIT 3 Brings to the Table

The edge-of-your-seat trailer sees the introduction of Arjun Sarkaar, a merciless cop who feels criminals should be either jailed for life or put to death. A gruesome case—the abduction of a 9-month-old infant—is the story. A heartbroken mother appeals for justice, and Arjun embarks on a marathon manhunt.

Teeming with adrenaline-fueled action sequences, HIT 3 unleashes raw action as Arjun battles his foes with ruthless effectiveness. The film’s storyline also alludes to his troubled past, setting the stage for emotional depth as much as high-octane action.
