Kannappa: Mohanlal First Look from Manchu Vishnu Starrer. The makers of Kannappa reveal Mohanlal’s fierce and commanding first appearance. Mohanlal will play Kirata’s strong cameo in the movie. Kannappa, directed by Vishnu Manchu, is scheduled for a spectacular premiere in April 2025. Mukesh Kumar Singh’s multi-stellar cast features strong cameos with performers in a distinctive mythological story. Superstar Mohanlal, who will make a strong appearance in the movie, has now been shown off for the first time by the producers.

Makers posted the first poster featuring Mohanlal as Kirata from Kannappa on X (previously Twitter). The senior star embodied both divinity and grandeur in his mythological persona, which included a violent tribal avatar.

For those who are unaware, in addition to Mohanlal, other actors Prabhas, Kajal Aggarwal, and others are anticipated to make special appearances in the movie. The creators have yet to reveal the rest of their appearances, though, in order to maintain the fans’ enthusiasm.

The movie encountered a setback a few days ago when social media was inundated with pirated images purporting to show Prabhas’ appearance as Nandi from the Kannappa sets. This created a lot of controversy, so the producers issued a strong social media warning against it and offered a prize of Rs. 5 lakhs to anyone who could assist them find the leak’s source.

On April 25, 2025, Kannappa would finally hit theaters following an initial deferral of release.
