Lavanya is back again….! Is Raj Tarun Under Pressure?

In the previous year, actor Raj Tarun has been granted conditional anticipatory bail by the Telangana High Court amid allegations of cheating and exploitation leveled against him by his former partner, Lavanya Mannepally. The court’s decision, delivered by Justice Juvvadi Sri Devi, restrains the police from arresting the actor, provided he adheres to specific conditions.

Lavanya’s complaint alleges that she and Raj Tarun were in a relationship that led to marriage in 2014. She claims that the actor subsequently neglected her, engaged in extramarital affairs, and subjected her to mental and emotional harassment. Furthermore, Lavanya asserts that her family provided substantial financial support to Raj Tarun during his financial difficulties, accusing him of exploiting her emotionally and physically under false promises of marriage.

In response, Raj Tarun has refuted these allegations, describing them as baseless. He acknowledges a past relationship with Lavanya from 2011 to 2017 but denies any marital ties or ongoing involvement. The actor contends that Lavanya has a history of filing false cases to extort money, citing a previous complaint she lodged against an individual named Ravi Bavaji Rao, whom she accused of similar offenses.

The legal proceedings have garnered significant media attention, with both parties presenting contrasting narratives. Lavanya has reportedly provided evidence, including hospital records, indicating that she was compelled to undergo an abortion and has submitted proof of Raj Tarun’s alleged infidelities.

Conversely, Raj Tarun has accused Lavanya of drug addiction and harassment, asserting that she is attempting to defame and extort him.

The court’s conditional anticipatory bail requires Raj Tarun to surrender before the Station House Officer of Narsingi police station within two weeks. Upon surrender, he is to be released on bail after furnishing a personal bond of ₹20,000 with two sureties of the same amount. Additionally, he must appear before the SHO every Saturday for eight weeks or until the filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier.

This case underscores the complexities of personal relationships intersecting with public life, especially within the entertainment industry. As the legal process unfolds, it remains to be seen how the allegations and counter-allegations will be addressed in court. The situation highlights the importance of due process and the need for both parties to substantiate their claims with credible evidence.

The Telugu film fraternity and the public are keenly observing the developments, awaiting a resolution that upholds justice and truth. As the case progresses, it serves as a reminder of the challenges public figures face in their personal lives becoming subjects of public scrutiny and legal battles.

Now again Lavanya is back again with an allegation against their mutual friend Mastan, whom she stated is the root cause of all her issues. She has also submitted videos that Mastan has allegedly filmed in secret, which is of intimate moments of many women.

She claimed that he has been blackmailing her as well by using those videos. Lavanya has also demanded for police protection has she has threat to her life.
