In a podcast with Nikhil Vijayendra Simha, Nidhhi candidly revealed that because of a contract agreement, the actress isn’t signing any films. The actress went on to explain her limited appearances. Fans can now understand her professional hiatus and anticipate her future projects.
In a recent interview, The Raja Saab actress revealed why she is not doing any films. In the interview, Nidhi was asked why she isn’t signing films, unlike her other competitors. The actress candidly replied by saying “I had signed Hari Hara Veera Mallu before the lockdown, but the filming process took around 3-4 years. Also, I signed a contract where I was not allowed to sign any other film because I had to be available whenever sir (Pawan Kalyan) was available. After all, he’s very busy and is also into politics. So he can’t change his dates and all. The production wanted to make sure I was available when he’s there.”
The actress went on to discuss how The Raja Saab happened despite the Hari Hara Veera Mallu contract. Nidhi said, “Then when Raja Saab came to me I spoke to the team that I wanted to be a part of it. They said okay and now all the dates are clashing and I’m doing double shifts in Vijayawada and Hyderabad. So it was Covid and my contract, it’s nobody’s fault.” The actress finally clarified on her absence in the films despite Raja Saab and Hara Hara Veera Mallu.
Nidhi Agerwal will next be seen at Hari Hara Veera Mallu alongside Pawan Kalyan. The film is all set to hit the theatres on 28 March 2025. On the other hand Nidhi has paired up with Rebel star Prabhas for The Raja Saab. The film will make its debut in theatres from 10th April 2025.
