They Call Him OG’s 1.39-minute teaser was censored today. The teaser is attached to Game Changer and will be shown in all theaters. According to the censor details by CBFC, the Pawan Kalyan upcoming action drama’s 1. 39 minutes long teaser was censored on January 8., 2025, and has received a rating of UA 16+. They Call Him OG’s teaser is expected to be released soon in theaters during Sankranthi releases. However makers yet to make an official confirmation about the teaser’s release date.

OG (also known as They Call Him OG) is a gangster action thriller film written and directed by Sahoo fame Sujeeth and bankrolled by D. V. V. Danayya of DVV Entertainment with an estimated budget of Rs 250 crores.

The gangster action thriller film was officially announced in December 2022 and principal photography commenced in April 2023 in Mumbai. The musical score and soundtrack are composed by Thaman S, while the cinematography is handled by Ravi K. Chandran.

Pawan Kalyan starrer revolves around a ruthless mafia don named Ojas Gambheera OG ,who returns to Mumbai following his ten year disappearance, to kill another crime boss, Omi Bhau. Apart from Pawan kalyan , actress Priyanka Mohan  of Doctor fame was cast as the female lead, while Emraan Hashmi was cast as the antagonist, thus marking his much awaited Tollywood debut,  Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy, Harish Uthaman and Prakash Raj are cast in other supporting roles.

The track Hungry Cheetah was released on 3 September 2023 and received tremendous response from the audience generating hype for the film. OG was initially scheduled to release on September 27 2024, but was postponed indefinitely due to production delays. The film is tentatively scheduled to be released in 2025.
