Pushpa 2: The Rule starring Allu Arjun has now become the second highest-grossing Indian film with a collection of 1,871 crores worldwide.
The movie broke multiple records and became the highest-grossing Indian film of the year, the second-highest Telugu film, and the third-highest Indian film globally.
As the movie was a huge success in the theaters, the makers as well as the audience expected it to create the same impact on OTT as well.
But, in contrary to their expectations, the movie is not receiving a huge impact on OTT.

Pushpa 2 got premiered on Netflix on January 30, gaining 5.08 million views in the first week. However, despite being trending for the first two weeks, the film failed to be consistent with it’s viewership.
Now, not only the viewership has declined but also the movie is struggling to be in Netflix’s Top 5.
The reason why there’s a dramatic decline in the viewership is, not yet identified. But however, it’s evident that one of the major reason why Pushpa 2 was a massive hit in theaters was due to Allu Arjun’s fan power and the effect it created in the theaters. As the OTT fails to give such a lively experience the viewership possibly declined.
