Rashmika Mandanna Admits Getting Uncomfortable On Pushpa 2 Sets. Mandanna admitted that filming the upbeat song Peelings from Pushpa 2 made her uneasy.
Rashmika Mandanna’s most recent release, Pushpa 2: The Rule, featured an impressive performance. The diva recently discussed how she didn’t feel at ease with the movie’s song Peelings, which has recently received unfavorable feedback from fans due to the choreography. Rashmika Mandanna disclosed in an interview with Galatta Plus that the song Peelings was shot just a few days prior to Pushpa 2’s release and finished in five days.
The Animal actress talked about the challenges she had while filming it, saying that she was struck by how much she looked like she was dancing on Allu Arjun when she watched the rehearsal footage.
Additionally, she was uneasy while filming it because she was afraid of being lifted in the air, which is essentially what happened in the song.
She said, “Majority of the time I thought I was dancing on Allu Arjun sir. I am someone who has a phobia of being lifted, I wasn’t very comfortable with people lifting me and here is the song where I am only being lifted. I had this thing of ‘how am I going to do this?”
The actress continued saying that, despite her hesitation, she realized it was an essential part of the movie. She so decided to finish the song and put all of her faith in her director and co-star.
Rashmika was also questioned about whether she shared her thoughts on the unfavorable comments made by fans regarding Peelings’ choreography.
In response, the actress stated, “As an actor, I know I am here to entertain others and please my director. I work to hear the word ‘excellent’ from my director. This is my bread and butter and this is what I am here to do. If I will start isolating my roles and start overthinking around it. That will be typecasting myself and I don’t want to do that.”
Regarding her career, Rashmika Mandanna has several upcoming projects, such as Kubera, Sikander, Chhaava, and The Girlfriend.
