Ravi Teja Upcoming Movies: Ravi Teja’s next movie, an untitled film (RT76) directed by Kishore Tirumala, is scheduled for a Sankranti 2026 release. His previous film, Mass Jathara, which was released on October 31, 2025, was a disaster. The film received a lot of negativity for its routine storyline and repetitive characterization. People started commenting that his role was very similar and boring. The slang and body language he has been carrying from the early stages of his career continue even now, making it feel repetitive and dull for most fans.
It is quite clear from the audience response that many might not even be interested in his next movie with Kishore Tirumala, expected to release during Sankranti 2026. If the upcoming film also follows the same kind of characterization, people are unlikely to enjoy watching such repetitive roles again.
Some film critics and audience members are wondering why Ravi Teja is not giving chances to new directors who are bringing fresh, creative, and unique stories. As new filmmakers come up with innovative ideas, why don’t heroes whose market is declining experiment with such directors and offer something new to the audience?

It is said that Ravi Teja charges around ₹20–25 crore per film. As per media sources, even for his recent film Mass Jathara, he took around ₹25 crore. Mass Jathara reportedly earned ₹15 crore net in India, one of the lowest closing figures for a Ravi Teja film in recent years.
The interesting part is that the total collections were not even higher than the lead actor’s remuneration. This clearly shows the losses the producers might be facing now. According to sources, some producers are now thinking twice before signing a project with Ravi Teja, as his market seems to be fading due to repetitive and uninteresting story choices.
