Talking about the idea of beauty and how it evolved with time in her opinion. She said, ‘The idea of beauty evolved tremendously. Initially, we all start that with wanting to look nice; we still do. And with it, beauty for me is also the ground to play roles and characters in the films; I am having more fun with it.”
1. Helps with migraine:
Sobhita revealed that the one traditional beauty practice that she follows is with coconut oil. She highlighted the benefits of coconut oil to nourish the hair naturally without harsh chemicals.
She also said, “I have very bad migraine phases. Oiling my hair very often with coconut oil actually calms my mind, and it helps a lot.”

2. Natural Setting Spray:
Sobhita also revealed a home-based hack that she uses to ditch chemical-infused products on her hair to look perfect. She said, ”I would mix a little bit of coconut oil with water and mix well in a spray bottle. Then I use it to set my hair. If I use only water, it’ll be frizzy in some time, so I add coconut oil for nourishment’.
3. DIY Skincare:
She revealed that her go-to DIY skincare is coconut oil. She said that she uses coconut oil for skin and hair too. She believes that the natural nourishment that coconut oil gives is healthier and more effective than many other products.
