According to reports, when director Chandu Mondeti was asked about the increased budget of the film in an interview, he gave his opinion on it. The director said, “I was more focused on the content. Yes, the budget was more than the estimate but Allu Arvind Garu and Bunny Vas are very calculative. They know how to bring in the extra money. That’s the beauty of this production house.”

The director also mentioned the scene that was removed from the film. Chandu Mondeti said, “I came to know about a storm scene while working on the production design. Initially, I forgot about it during scripting. I wanted to include this storm scene because I felt it would impress the audience.” The director further said, “Allu Arvind Garu does not want to include any scene that does not fit the story. Even if we have spent a lot of money on something and if it disturbs the flow of the film, Allu Arvind Garu suggests we to remove it. For him only the final output matters. He is not worried about how much we have spent.” Recently the trailer of ‘Thandel’ was released, which made the fans very excited. The film is set to release in theaters on 7th February 2025 coinciding with Valentine’s week.
