In a recent interview with Curly Tales, The Malayali actress Malavika Mohanan shared her excitement about her upcoming film with Prabha. The actress will next be seen in The Raja Saab. The actress said, “It is fun and exciting to work with Prabhas in The Raja Saab. It is an exciting project that has a mix of horror, comedy, and romance.”
In an exciting revelation, Malavika Mohanan said that she was the first choice for Salaar opposite Prabhas. The Raja Saab actress said, “I became a huge fan of Baahubali 1 and 2, and I wished to work with him. After a few years, Prashanth Neel wanted to meet me as he wanted me in Salaar, and I thought, ‘This is magical!’ but unfortunately, it didn’t happen for some reason.” She further expressed her joy by saying “I got a call from Maruthi and got the opportunity to work with Prabhas. It was like it was decided that my debut would be with a Prabhas film.”
This Malayali beauty was last seen in Thangalaan alongside Chiyaan Vikram and it did well at the box office. Malavika is also seen in the action thriller Yudhra which also stars Siddanth Chaturvedi. Though the film didn’t do well at box office, Malavika’s performance stood out. Now this beauty is gearing up for her Tollywood debut with Prabhas in The Raja Saab. The film is being made with a massive budget of Rs 200−250 Crore. The horror comedy is all set to make its theatrical debut on 10 April 2025.
