Ram Pothineni has finally dropped RAPO22 promotional poster on his social media account. This project will be directed by Mahesh Babu P, known for his successful film Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty, and produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
The upcoming film’s launch ceremony is set for November 21st. Makers finally released promotional poster on their social media accounts, showcasing a middle-class man with a bicycle, hinting at a narrative that diverges from Ram’s typical mass entertainer roles and is said to be aiming to explore more relatable themes and emotional storytelling.
Pothineni established himself as a leading man with critical and commercial successes such as Maska , Kandireega , Pandaga Chesko , Nenu Sailaja , Hello Guru Prema Kosame , iSmart Shankar , Ready , Maska, Ganesh: Just Ganesh, Rama Rama Krishna Krishna, Ongole Githa Pandaga Chesko , Shivam , romantic comedy Hello Guru Prema Kosame , coming-of-age film Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi and Red .

With the launch date confirmed, filming is expected to commence shortly thereafter, and further details about the cast and crew will be announced soon. Meanwhile, a pooja ceremony will be held and the movie will be launched formally.
Ram was recently seen in the Lingusamy-directed The Warriorr and received negative reviews from critics and was huge commercial failure. Pothineni then starred in Boyapati Srinu’s Skanda opposite Sreeleela to mixed reviews from the critics.
He was last seen in science fiction action film Double iSmart directed by Puri Jagannadh, which was theatrically released on 15 August 2024, coinciding with Indian Independence Day. The film release with lots of expectations but failed to reach the it. The film received negative reviews from critics and eventually became a box-office bomb.
Finally, his 22nd movie RAPO22 is being launched. The film’s pooja will be held at a special ceremony in Hyderabad on November 21st. The production team announced that they were beginning the beautiful journey of filming Untold Emotions and released a poster featuring Ram Pothineni carrying a bicycle.
