Vijay Devarakonda, the hearthrob of Tollywood is now currently in the shoots of his highly anticipated film Kingdom. Directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, Bhagyashri Borse is the female lead.
Not just, Kingdom, Devarakonda is having handful of other projects too. One such project is, a collaboration with director Ravi Kiran Kola, known for raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru. Produced by Dil Raju, the film is now in pre-production stage.Now, Today, the producer has shared a major update about the project VD15.

Dil Raju announced that, the movie is titled ‘Rowdy Janardhana’ and is set afainst the backdrop of Rayalaseema. The film is expected to be a political drama, the producer hinted.
Rowdy janradhana is set to release in mid-2026. Although, the main cast and crew of the movie has not been declared yet, Vijay fans are eagerly waiting for a new update from the makers.

About Kingdom
Kingdom is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language spy thriller film. Written and directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri The movie is produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. Vijay Devarakonda, alongside Bhagyashri Borse and Satyadev are the main characters of the film. Kingdom is planned to be a duology, with two parts.

The film was officially announced in January 2023 with the title VD12. The official title was announced in February 2025.The movie’s filming took place in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Kerala and Sri Lanka. Anirudh Ravichander does the music and, cinematography handled by Girish Gangadharan with Jomon T. John and editing by Naveen Nooli.
