Lone Survivor’s Survival Story: The 40-year-old British-Indian who miraculously survived the Ahmedabad Air India plane accident, Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, is still in a trance and claims he doesn’t know how he did it. Air India Plane Crash:

Minutes after taking off from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad, the Air India Dreamliner crashed into a dormitory outside the airfield’s perimeter, killing 241 people, including the crew and passengers. A significant quantity of extremely flammable aviation gasoline was being transported on the direct flight to London. From kilometers away, the spiral of sooty smoke could be seen as the enormous orange ball of fire burned for hours.

At least five MBBS students, one PG resident physician, and the spouse of a superspecialist physician were among the several people killed in the crash at the BJ Medical College dorm in Ahmedabad. Over sixty medical students suffered injuries.

Even hours after the incident, there was no official count of the dead. According to Union Minister Amit Shah, a figure would be determined after all DNA matching is completed. 169 Indians, 53 British, seven Portuguese, and one Canadian made up the flight’s 230 passengers. Ten staff members and two pilots made up the remaining twelve passengers. The tragedy “stunned” Prime Minister Modi, who was Gujarat’s chief minister for 12 years.

“Words cannot express how heartbreaking it is. I’m thinking of everyone who is impacted by this awful time. He stated on X on Thursday that he had been in contact with ministers and officials who are trying to help people impacted.
