AP Weather Update: The Indian Meteorological Department has announced that several areas in Andhra Pradesh (AP) will experience rain and thunderstorms over the next three days. Due to certain weather patterns, changes in wind direction and pressure levels are creating conditions favorable for rainfall.

North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam:
There will be light to moderate rain in one or two places today, tomorrow, and the day after. Thunderstorms with lightning and strong winds of 40–50 km/h are expected.
Today, the weather may remain dry. However, tomorrow and the day after, some areas may receive light to moderate rainfall, along with thunderstorms and winds blowing at 30–40 km/h.
Today, light to moderate rain or thundershowers may occur in isolated places. The same weather is likely to continue for the next two days, with strong winds of 30–50 km/h.
Despite these rain predictions, there will not be much change in overall temperatures across the state for the next five days. However, a slight rise in temperature is expected later. People are advised to stay safe during thunderstorms, especially by avoiding open areas during lightning.
Farmers are also recommended to take precautions as sudden rain and wind can affect crops. The public is requested to follow local weather updates for timely alerts and safety information.
This rain is expected to bring some relief from the summer heat and dryness, especially in areas where temperatures have been high recently.
