Uber Offers Titanic in Flooded Bangalore, Screenshot goes Viral

Bengaluru Flood: Heavy rainfall over the weekend transformed Bengaluru, often celebrated as India’s Silicon Valley, into a scene of chaos. Rain poured relentlessly, inundating many low-lying areas with severe flooding and waterlogging. The streets became rivers, leaving cars marooned and creating an agonizing traffic jam that stretched for miles. Fallen tree branches littered the ground, adding to the disarray. In Sai Layout, a neighborhood notorious for its drainage issues, the streets were left submerged, giving it the appearance of an isolated island. However, amidst the challenges, workers have stepped up their efforts to patch potholes and clear away the silt, all in anticipation of the upcoming visit from Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar.

While it is crucial for residents to remain vigilant and take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety, the inventive and humorous responses displayed by Bengaluru’s residents on their social media platforms are truly admirable.
