Bharti Airtel Dividend Price: Bharti Airtel’s share price rose over one percent on Monday after the company announced the record date for its dividend payment. On the BSE, the stock climbed as much as 1.49%, reaching ₹1,869.70.
Earlier, the telecom giant declared a final dividend while releasing its financial results for the fourth quarter of FY25 and the entire FY 2024–2025. The Bharti Airtel board announced a final dividend of ₹16 per fully paid-up equity share with a face value of ₹5, and ₹4 per partially paid-up equity share with a face value of ₹5 (₹1.25 paid-up).
Additionally, on May 13, Bharti Airtel clarified that the dividend amount is proportionate to the paid-up value of each equity share. This move has strengthened investor confidence and contributed to the recent uptick in the stock price.
Bharti Airtel Dividend Price Announced:
Bharti Airtel has set Friday, July 18, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. In a regulatory filing on June 16, the company confirmed that it chose this date to determine which shareholders will be eligible to receive the final dividend payment for FY25. This includes both fully paid-up and partially paid-up equity shares. With this announcement, Bharti Airtel aims to ensure clarity for investors ahead of the dividend distribution.

It further stated that within 30 days of the date of approval, the dividend will be paid to members (subject to tax deduction at the source) whose names are listed in the depository records and member register as of Friday, July 18, 2025, at the close of business hours.
Bharti Airtel Share Performance:
Bharti Airtel’s share price has climbed steadily in recent months. Over the past three months, it rose by 14%, and in just the last month, it gained 3%. Looking at the broader picture, the stock has surged 30% over the past year and jumped 17% year-to-date (YTD). In addition, Bharti Airtel has delivered multibagger returns, 122% over the last two years and an impressive 250% over the past five years. As of 11:55 PM on the BSE, the stock traded 1.06% higher at ₹1,861.65 per share, continuing its upward momentum.
