Bomb Threat in Delhi’s Jama Masjid and Red Fort

Bomb Threat: According to a Delhi Fire Services officer, the security forces hurried to the locations and carried out extensive inspections on Thursday morning after receiving a false bomb threat that targeted Red Fort and Jama Masjid.


According to the official, personnel were hurried to the location as soon as a call about a bomb on the monuments’ property was received at 9.03 am. “We performed extensive searches and hurried one firefighter to the scene. But at the places, nothing questionable was discovered,” he continued.

In response, firefighter was sent out right away to conduct thorough search at the locations. Nevertheless, the inspection turned up nothing questionable. Following the call, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and bomb disposal teams conducted a comprehensive inspection of the property. According to statement released by Delhi Police. The danger, they decided, was a piece of fabricated news.
