Chandrababu Shares His Road to Leadership

Chandrababu Shares His Road to Leadership: A strong mindset with confidence can overcome any challenge. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said this during the book launch of Mindset Shift, written by Minister Narayana’s daughter Sharani. The event took place in Vijayawada, with actor Chiranjeevi also in attendance.

Chandrababu Shares His Road to Leadership:
CM Chandrababu praised Sharani for writing a book at such a young age. He said that choosing a positive subject like mindset shows maturity. He encouraged everyone to believe in themselves and work with determination. Referring to legendary actor and former CM N.T. Rama Rao, he said NTR’s life is an example of how willpower shapes success.

Chandrababu shared personal stories to inspire the audience. He recalled how he rejected a lecturer post offered by his university’s vice chancellor. Instead, he decided to contest in elections and became an MLA. Later, he requested a ministerial post from then CM Chenna Reddy, who was surprised at his confidence. Eventually, he became the Cinematography Minister within two years.

Chandrababu remembered his connection with NTR and how he proposed to Bhubaneswari, NTR’s daughter, through Nandamuri Jayakrishna. He also appreciated actor Chiranjeevi for starting a blood bank while still being active in films. He called Chiranjeevi the first person from the film industry to think about social service seriously.

The Chief Minister highlighted that challenges are part of every leader’s journey. He said he faced more crises than any other politician but tackled them strongly. He praised great leaders like Gandhi and Ambedkar who came from humble backgrounds. Ambedkar, despite facing discrimination, became the father of the Indian Constitution.

Chandrababu also discussed how he promoted technology in governance. He said when he became CM in 1995, many officers didn’t even understand IT. Still, they built Cyberabad and attracted global tech companies. He supported Narayana Institutions and pushed for better IIT admissions. From 1% admissions earlier, now Telugu students secure nearly 20% of IIT seats.

He stressed the role of mindset in shaping the future. He said everyone should read Mindset Shift because it shows how positive thinking leads to success. With real time data and better technology achieving goals has become more possible than ever before.
