Palaash Muchhal Cheat Smriti Mandhana: The wedding between filmmaker-singer Palaash Muchhal and Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana was rumored to be one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings this year. November 23 is the date scheduled for the event in Sangli; it would have bound the couple together in an intimate tribute by just close friends and family. However, what appeared to take an interesting turn was the announcement by families postponing the wedding and then a stream of online controversy.

Wedding Postponed because of Family Health Concerns

Through an Instagram story on November 24, Palaash’s sister, playback singer Palak Muchhal, also confirmed that the wedding was postponed. Media reports said that Smriti Mandhana’s father, Shrinivasan Mandhana, suddenly fell ill during breakfast and had to be urgently hospitalized. Some media outlets also reported that Palaash himself had been admitted due to health issues, further complicating the situation.

At that point, everything appeared to be due to medical emergencies only until the internet turned dramatic.

Viral Screenshots Stirs A Storm on Social Media

Soon-after the announcement, Palaash Muchhal’s purported pictures of flirty chats were also leaked online. Mary D’costa is the alleged owner of these chats and they’re posted in her Instagram stories claiming that Palaash has been messaging her before the wedding.

These screenshots which later went on to become popular on Reddit suggested Palaash praising the beauty of the woman and inviting her for a swim, spa session, and even visiting Versova Beach at 5 AM. Messages also hinted at Palaash talking about a “long-distance relationship” and touring along with Smriti.

However, the authenticity of these screenshots is yet to be established, and credible sources like The Free Press Journal have publicly stated the same.
