Uganda Super Dad:Musa Hasahya, a man from Uganda is making news around the world. He is famously called “Uganda Super Dad” because he has 12 wives and 102 children. For many years, Musa supported polygamy and loved having a big family. But now, things have changed.
Musa has decided to stop having more children. He says the cost of living has gone up and it is getting too hard to take care of everyone. He shared that raising such a large family has become stressful. Musa also advised other men not to follow his example of marrying many women and having many children. He now believes that family planning is very important.
One of his wives, Zulaika, agreed with him. She said that even though they have fertile land, it’s not easy to feed and care for over 100 children. The family is struggling with basic needs like food, clothing, and education.
To avoid more stress, Musa has asked his wives to start using birth control. He wants to focus on taking care of the children they already have. This step shows that even people in rural areas like Musa’s village in Uganda are starting to understand the importance of family planning.
Musa’s life story gives us a clear picture of what it’s like to have a big family in Uganda. Many families in the country live in poverty, and supporting so many people is a huge challenge. Even though Musa once embraced polygamy, he now believes it’s not a wise choice in today’s world.
Note:
We are not fully sure if Musa has completely stopped having children, but some media reports from Uganda say that he has indeed decided to pause. Whether this decision is final or temporary remains unclear.
