Free Metro Rides: In a move to attract more commuters and promote app-based bookings, Rapido has rolled out a new offer that allows Hyderabad metro passengers to travel for free, with a few conditions.

Here’s how you can avail this offer:

Rapido users can now book metro tickets directly through the app at zero cost, provided they follow a simple process. To avail the offer, passengers must open the Rapido app, select the ‘Metro’ option, choose their destination, and enter the coupon code ‘METRO’ in capital letters. Once the code is applied, the app will automatically adjust the fare, bringing the ticket price down to zero if the fare is ₹35 or less.

This initiative aims to encourage digital adoption and ease the commute experience for city travelers. Rapido has integrated the booking system with Hyderabad Metro Rail, allowing users to skip queues and access digital tickets on the go. However, there’s a catch. The “free ride” applies only to tickets priced at ₹35 or below. If the journey exceeds ₹35, the app still offers a benefit by automatically applying a discount, reducing the total fare from the original amount.
