India’s First Fake Police Station: Shocking Scam Unveiled

Fake Police Station: We have seen a lot of news about fake banks, fake offices, and fake hospitals. They used to do such things to cheat innocent people in the name of jobs, extort money from them, and steal everything they had. But now the situation has changed. People are easily recognizing such things. That is why an accused has set up a fake police station without anyone suspecting him. He has been running his business for a year. While posing as an officer, he is deceiving people. It is noteworthy that no officer has detected this even after months. Let us now find out how this atrocity came to light.

India’s First Fake Police Station in Bihar

A man named Rahul Kumar Shah set up a fake police station in Mohani village of Purnia district of Bihar. However, he first lied to the local youth to recruit employees under him. He took up illegal recruitment of constables and chowkidars in the name of Gramin Raksha Dal recruitment. He charged Rs.2500 to Rs.5000 from those who came to him for jobs. Then he told them that he was hiring them. To make them believe, he gave them police uniforms, batons, and fake identity cards.

Not only that, he made them patrol and raid on illegal liquor smuggling. First, the employees seized the vehicles and brought them to the police station. Rahul Kumar, as an officer, would talk to the smugglers. He would demand that if you want to take them back, you give us money as a bribe. With this, the smugglers would also give them large bribes and take them away. In this way, Rahul Kumar would get the work done with his staff. In this way, he had already accumulated lakhs of money. However, he would take the money he had earned hard throughout the month and also give it as salaries to the employees.

Not only this, Rahul Kumar’s staff used to fine up to Rs.400 to those who were not wearing helmets and those who did not have licenses . Out of this, he would give Rs.200 to the patrol team and keep the rest of the money with himself. But he would say that he would deposit it in the government treasury without telling them. However, even after setting up a police station for almost a year, Rahul Kumar continued this business and no one noticed him. But recently, when their secret was exposed.. Rahul escaped. With this, the police are desperately trying to catch him.

Former Bihar minister and current Kasba MLA Mohammad Afaq Alam expressed his anger over the police not receiving any information despite such a big fraud being committed in the state. He said that this government is promoting unemployment and that is why young women are falling prey to fraudsters. He demanded a judicial investigation into this case. He also said that there is a possibility of involvement of white-collar officers in this. As he said, Rahul Kumar may have a connection with them. Because during the Republic Day celebrations this year, the officials also felicitated these fake policemen and chowkidars.
