Indian Railways runs a unique train journey called Jagriti Yatra, which allows young Indians to travel around the country and gain life-changing experiences. This special journey happens only once a year and covers nearly 8,000 kilometers in just 15 days.

Jagriti Yatra:

This has started in 2008 and is meant for youth aged between 21 and 27. Its main goal is to inspire young people to become entrepreneurs and nation builders. During the journey, participants get to meet successful entrepreneurs, visit historical and spiritual places, and learn valuable skills that help them build their future.

The journey begins in Delhi and stops at cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Madurai before returning to Delhi through Odisha and central India. It is more than just a train trip it’s a learning experience filled with fun, inspiration and knowledge.

This year’s Yatra begins on November 7 and ends on November 22. Though the actual cost of this trip is much higher, selected youth who qualify under special rules will have to pay only Rs 25. It is an amazing opportunity to explore India and learn from its diverse culture and business leaders.
