Noida Lamborghini accident: In this case, the District Court in Surajpur has granted bail to the accused driver, Deepak. Yesterday, the Lamborghini driven by the accused Deepak struck two individuals near the Sector 94 roundabout in the Sector-126 police station area, injuring them.
According to police, Deepak Kumar, an Ajmer-based car dealer, was test-driving the luxury vehicle when it veered off the road and crashed into workers seated on a pavement close to a building that was still under construction. Deepak had traveled to Noida to assess the Lamborghini’s performance, which is registered in Mridul’s name. He is a YouTuber with 18.7 million followers in social media.
About 5:00 p.m., after a day of testing and shopping, he lost control of the automobile and struck two employees, injuring their arms and legs. Two others barely made it out alive.
Deepak and a bystander got into a heated argument in a 51-second video of the aftermath that went viral on social media. “Are you practising stunts?” a man can be heard questioning the driver in the video. Since then, Deepak’s retort, “Is anyone dead?” has provoked indignation, with many wonder why irresponsible driving is treated so casually.

Officers from Sector 126 station arrested Deepak and filed a formal complaint (FIR) under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) sections 281 (rash driving) and 125(a) (causing hurt by an act threatening life or personal safety of others). Additionally, the car was seized. Police admitted that the collision stirred up worries about fast cars being driven carelessly on congested city streets, especially by inexperienced drivers who are exceeding the speed limit.
