PM Modi Visits Ahmedabad Crash Site of Air India: Following the devastating crash of Air India flight AI171, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a somber visit to the crash site at Ahmedabad. The gory incident, which had taken place just minutes after the flight took off on June 12, 2025, claimed the lives of 241 individuals out of the 242 passengers on board.

On-Site Inspection and Tribute

Prime Minister Modi reached Ahmedabad this morning early and went to the crash site, accompanied by senior officials and rescue teams. He wore somber clothes and paid floral tributes to the victims.
