Samsung Galaxy Fold 7: South Korean smartphone giant Samsung has launched the ultra-thin Galaxy S20 Fold 7 and Galaxy S20 Flip 7 smartphones in global markets including India. The company also introduced the more budget-friendly Galaxy S20 Flip 7 FE at the Galaxy Unpacked event 2025. The S20 Fold 7 is thinner than the Galaxy S20 Ultra. Meanwhile, the S20 Flip 7 comes with a larger cover screen, upgraded cameras, and a powerful Exynos 2500 chip.
The Galaxy S6 Fold 7, Galaxy S6 Flip 7, and Galaxy S6 Flip 7 FE smartphones have been introduced with the claim of starting a new era in the Galaxy S6 series. The S6 Fold 7 and S6 Flip 7 are Samsung’s thinnest and lightest foldable mobile phones.
The book-style Samsung Galaxy S6 Fold 7 has been introduced as a slim foldable. It is built on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The key features of the Galaxy Fold 7 include an 8-inch foldable display, a triple rear camera with a 200MP main sensor, and up to 1TB of storage. The Galaxy Fold 7 starts at Rs 1,74,999 in India. Pre-orders will begin from July 25.
The Galaxy Fold 7 is the slimmest Galaxy flip phone. It is a flip phone that comes with Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chip. The Galaxy S6 Edge Flip 7 features a 4.1-inch external display, a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X main display, 6.5 mm thick when open and 13.7 mm thick when closed, 188 grams in weight, a 4,300 mAh battery, a 50 MP wide and 12 MP ultra-wide dual rear camera, a 10 MP selfie camera, AI features, etc. The S6 Edge Flip 7 starts at Rs 1,09,999.
The Galaxy S6 Edge Flip 7 FE is a relatively budget-friendly foldable. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model starts at Rs 89,999 in India. The 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 95,999. The phone is available in two colors – black and white.
It is a clamshell-style foldable handset. Key features include a Dynamic AMOLED 2X main screen, a 3.4-inch Super AMOLED cover display, an Exynos 2400 chipset, Galaxy AI features, a 50MP wide-angle camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, a 10MP inner screen camera for selfies and video calling, a 4,000mAh battery, and 25W fast charging.
