Now the same thing has happened to Singer Kalpana. Famous Telugu Singer Kalpana attempted suicide by swallowing sleeping pills last night due to lack of opportunities, financial difficulties, and mental stress. Presently, she is fighting for her life in a private hospital.

Suicide Attempt in the Past:
This was not the first time that singer Kalpana had attempted suicide. According to the source,s she had thoughts of attempting suicide, and she was tired. She admitted that she is depressed. In an event, she said, “I was completely depressed because I didn’t have any opportunities in the film industry and wanted to commit suicide. But at that time, senior singer Chitra got me out of those thoughts. When I faced any difficulty..she stood by me and gave me courage. As part of this, she got me out of my thoughts of committing suicide.” Now, many people are wondering if Singer Chitra wouldn’t have been involved in this and given emotional strength if she could have died. According to the sources, Singer Chitra gave Kalpana opportunities in a Malayalam show; following this, she worked in a few films, too.

Kalpana Career:
Kalpana entered the industry as a child artist and acted in more than 30 films and impressed the audience. While doing films, she started singing and she also gave dubbing for few films. Even though she started her career in Tamil, eventually, she shifted to Hyderabad and got a good reputation in Telugu as well. The main interesting point is, most of the music directors prefer Kalpana for the difficult songs which she sings in an ease.
