Telangana Launches Operation Monkeys to Protect Miss World Contestants

Operation Monkeys to Protect Miss World Contestants:
Miss World contestants from many countries have come to Hyderabad, Telangana for the upcoming beauty contest. As part of their tour, the Telangana government has planned visits to famous tourist spots in the state, including the historical Ramappa Temple in Mulugu district.

Operation Monkeys to Protect Miss World Contestants:

Ramappa Temple is a UNESCO World Heritage site and attracts many visitors. But one problem at the temple is the large number of monkeys. These monkeys have been troubling visitors for many years. They often snatch food from people’s hands and sometimes even hurt them. To avoid any trouble for the Miss World contestants, the government has taken special safety steps.

The officials launched a project called Operation Monkeys to remove the monkeys from the area. They are catching the monkeys safely and moving them to other forest areas. More than 200 monkeys have already been caught and released into the Eturunagaram Reserve Forest. This is being done carefully so that the animals are not harmed, and the visitors are safe.
The government is also making other special arrangements for the beauty queens. They are preparing food menus based on their preferences and ensuring their complete safety. Officials want to make sure that the contestants enjoy their visit to Telangana without any trouble.

On May 14th, the contestants will visit popular sites in the Warangal region, such as the Thousand Pillar Temple and Warangal Fort. These visits will help showcase Telangana’s rich culture and heritage to the world.

People visiting Ramappa Temple are surprised to see the effort being made to ensure safety. Operation Monkeys has gained attention and is being appreciated by many. It shows how the government is working hard to protect both visitors and animals.
