4 Students Sue Trump: US President Donald Trump has suffered a big setback. 4 students have filed a case against Trump. Among those who filed the case, there is an Indian student, two are from China, and one is from Nepal. In their petition, the four students said that their F-1 visas had been suddenly and illegally cancelled in the Exchange Visitor Information System. The students also alleged that the Trump administration has illegally ended their immigration, due to which the students are at risk of deportation.
Chinmay Deore of India is among the 4 students studying at the University of Michigan. Who filed a case against the Homeland Security Department and immigration officials on Friday. The names of the Chinese complainants are Xiangyun Bu and Qi Yang. And the name of the Nepali student is Yogesh Joshi.
All four students have alleged that their immigration was illegally terminated. in the Exchange Visitor Information System without notice or explanation. The students also claimed that their F-1 student visas were suddenly and illegally cancelled in the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).
Let us tell you that by filing a lawsuit, the four students have demanded the court restore the previous status. So that they can complete their studies. The lawsuit filed in collaboration with the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan. Also includes a request for an emergency injunction to prevent the students from being deported while legal action continues.

The court, while hearing the complaint, said that none of the four students has been accused of any crime by the US. No one has violated this immigration law. They have also not been involved in protests on any political issue. This includes the names of DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons and ICE Detroit Field Office Director Robert Lynch.
