Why Pakistan Army Does Not Dare Disturb Hinglaj Mata in Balochistan

Pakistan Army Does Not Disturb Hinglaj Mata in Balochistan: Hinglaj Mata Temple sits hidden deep in the remote precincts of Balochistan’s Hingol National Park, and is amongst the oldest and most powerful Shaktipeethas on the Indian subcontinent. The temple is revered by Hindus, especially from Sindh and Balochistan, and remains mysteriously unblemished by passage of time and the even more mysterious presence of the Pakistan Army.

Mysterious Zone 51

Hinglaj Mata’s region, among the troops, is often hushedly spoken of as “Zone 51”—not for any military purpose, but because of bizarre and unexplained incidents. GPS signals disappear, radios become mostly inoperative, and vehicles stall for no apparent reason. Eerie sandstorms commence from nowhere. Soldiers have described it even more hauntingly—one could hear the silence with the sound of some ancient thing watching.

Paranormal Activity with Spirit Signaling

On one occasion, a Border surveillance group encroached too closely to the site. Lights turned off or were cut; a sudden storm arose in the area; a soldier had apparently collapsed and was chanting in Sanskrit—something he had never learned. Soon, the area was marked down as “avoid unless necessary.” Since then, troops stopped volunteering to execute missions near the site.

In another incident, an officer ridiculed the temple during a briefing; days later, he died of an unexplained viral fever. Locals were not surprised. They just said, “Don’t mock the Devi.” Ever since, even military bases in the area have respected the zone, sometimes beckoning Hindu priests to have silent prayers for peace.

A Sanctified Boundary-The Army Fears

Annually, thousands of Hindu pilgrims arrive at the Hinglaj cave shrine. The army may provide outer security, but it never goes beyond the bounds of the temple. No weapons are allowed. No disrespect shall be shown. From senior-most ranks, even those very hard-nosed officers have understood: this is a no-go zone for power; this is a grand object of respect.

Pakistan Army Fear for Hinglaj Mata Balochistan:

In a land where temples have often been neglected or outright destroyed, Hinglaj Mata’s temple stays intact—not by law but via reverence and fear. Not a strategy, mind you. Just an act of surrender. The Pakistan Army does not bother the Devi not because it cannot but because it dares not.
