Gauahar Khan Announces Second Pregnancy: Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar are expecting their second child. The couple, who got married in December 2020, shared the happy news with their fans through a video on Instagram.
Gauahar known for her appearance in Bigg Boss 7 posted a short video of herself and Zaid participating in the trending “Price Tag” reel challenge. Set in a scenic outdoor location in Karjat, the clip featured the couple dancing and having fun to Jessie J’s song. Towards the end of the video Gauahar revealed her baby bump and Zaid lovingly hugged her making the moment even more special.
Along with the video, Gauahar wrote, “Bismillah!! Need your prayers and love. Make the world dance by spreading love.” She added hashtags like #GazaBaby2 and a baby face emoji, making the announcement joyful and heartwarming.
Following the announcement, many celebrities congratulated the couple. Singer Akriti Kakar, actress Yuvika Chaudhary, comedian Bharti Singh, actor Nakuul Mehta and others shared their wishes in the comments. Fans too showered love on the couple, calling it a “beautiful surprise” and praising their unique way of sharing the news.
Gauahar Khan has had a successful journey in both television and films. She began her acting career in Bollywood with Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year and later starred in popular films like Ishaqzaade, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, and Begum Jaan. She has also appeared in web series such as Bestseller, Shiksha Mandal, and Salt City. Recently, she was seen hosting Netflix’s The Most Eligible Singles and dancing in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
Zaid Darbar is the son of renowned music composer Ismail Darbar. He is a popular choreographer and social media personality. The couple first connected through Instagram DMs and started dating before tying the knot in a traditional nikah ceremony. Their first son Zehaan was born in May 2023. They introduced his face to the world during their Umrah pilgrimage to Mecca.
In a notable real estate move, Gauahar Khan recently purchased three apartments in Mumbai’s Versova area for ₹10.13 crore. Two of the flats have a combined carpet area of 2,393 sq ft, while the third flat measures 1,104 sq ft. The deal also includes three dedicated car parking spaces.
