Val Kilmer, Batman actor dies at 65

Hollywood actor Val Kilmer, who acted in Batman and Top Gun, has died at the age of 65. Val, who became well-known for costarring with Tom Cruise as the competitive naval aviator Tom Iceman Kazansky in the 1986 blockbuster film Top Gun, passed away in Los Angeles from pneumonia. His daughter, Mercedes Kilmer.


Val Kilmer health Condition:

In 2014, he received a throat cancer diagnosis. His need for a breathing tube was depicted in the documentary Val, which debuted at Cannes in July 2021. According to his daughter’s story, Val was given a throat cancer diagnosis in 2014 but recovered. After meeting actor Joanne Whalley on the set of Ron Howard’s 1988 children’s fantasy picture Willow, Val and Whalley got divorced. Jack and Mercedes, their kids, are among his survivors. Val spent many years living on a ranch close to Santa Fe.

Val Kilmer’s Filmography:

In addition, Val portrayed Bruce Wayne in Batman Forever, portrayed Jim Morrison in Oliver Stone’s The Doors, and starred in a number of other favorite films from the 1980s. He made a name for himself in Hollywood throughout the years with roles in films including The Saint, Tombstone, Real Genius, Top Gun, and Heat. Even though his disease prevented him from speaking, he returned to his popular role in 2021’s Top Gun: Maverick.
