Imtiaz Ali and Manoj Bajpayee responded to the controversy?……
Ranveer Allahbadia-controversy is now all over the internet spreading like a wildfire.
In an interview with Instant Bollywood, Manoj Bajpayee and filmmaker Imtiaz Ali responded to the incident by labeling the social media influencer “immature.”
Due to his controversial remark on Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent, well-known YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia is currently facing legal issues. Numerous police reports have been made against him, and he has received a lot of negative feedback from the Internet.
Imtiaz Ali said “Mujhe lagta hai jisko jis cheez mein maza aata hai usko vahi karna chahiye aur ashleelta aisa subject hai ke obviously bura hai ye to koi bhi kahega but log immature hote hain to zyada seriously unki galtiyon ko lena bhi nai chahiye (I feel people should do what they enjoy doing, but obscenity is a subject that looks bad and anyone would agree, but people are immature, so their mistakes should not be taken seriously).”
“Isliye jo bhi log safal ho rahe hain, young hain, yuva hain humesha jo hai mahaul ko zara dekhein samjhe (people who are successful and young should appreciate and understand their environment).” Manoj Bajpayee added to Imtiaz’s remark.
Further, Imtiaz Ali gave an advice as well. It went on like this: “Fir aap ek bade high ke baad humesha ke liye low mein nahi jaate ho. So ek mehnat aur parishram se kamaya hua success hai na, uske peechhe padna chahiye. (After a big high, you don’t always fall into a low. So, success that is earned through hard work and effort, that’s what you should strive for)” .
Youtuber Ranveer Allahbadia, comedian Samay Raina, social media personality Apoorva Makhija, and the producers of the show “India’s Got Latent” have already been the subject of a legal complaint.
The dispute started when some of Allahbadia’s comments were judged to be “offensive.”
The complainant describes the accused’s laughter and offensive comments about women in the broadcast, which was published on YouTube and aired worldwide, as a significant offense.
According to ANI, the letter further highlights that the remarks were made with the goal of making money off of controversy, disregarding the damage done to women’s dignity or the detrimental impact on young audiences-especially children—who might have heard them.
