Samantha opened up about how she transformed herself with the silent retreat. She revealed her experience while spending three whole days in complete silence without a phone or external distractions. Samantha also left a disclaimer that this process would be challenging initially, but it helps us in many ways. She further highlighted the benefits of disconnecting from the noise of our busy lives every now and then.

Samantha has been encouraging everyone to try meditation on a daily basis. This practice brought a lot of change to her life, and it will bring it to everyone’s life too. Samantha says that at least 15 minutes of meditation a day can help in stress reduction and improvement of focus and finding inner peace.

Samantha has always been vocal about her personal struggles and mental health. She also encouraged everyone to be open about their mental health. Samantha prioritizes her mental health, and it reflects in her choices to choose meditation, silent retreat, etc.

5. Living in the Moment

Samantha has once been very planned and sorted in life from her relationships to her career. After a hit on her plans with divorce, myositis, and all, Samantha started embracing the moment she had rather than planning for a future. She is now open to everything that life gives her, but there is no harsh planning on life and career.
