In the third over of the game, the left-arm CSK pacer bowled a bouncer to the RCB batter that slanted outside, beginning the duel between Virat Kohli and Khaleel Ahmed. Virat Kohli, one of the greatest pull shot players, attempted the same move but lost to the additional bounce. Kohli and Khaleel Ahmed exchanged death stares when the ball was dropped. Virat Kohli kind of healthily threatened Khaleel Ahmed in front of MS Dhoni during the traditional handshakes in a video that went popular on social media. Knowing that Virat Kohli was upset with him, the CSK fast bowler made an unsuccessful attempt to explain.
